Shipping policy


FLASKE uses PostNL as a partner for shipping. All shipping services used by FLASKE provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.

Shipping Cost

Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: Free shipping for orders of €40 or more. For orders under €40, the shipping fee is €4.95.

Within Europe: For countries such as Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, France and Spain, the shipping fee is €8.95.

Please note: the ordered item(s) will only be sent after the payment is cleared and checked by us. FLASKE does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Estimated Delivery Time

Business days, by destination:

  • The Netherlands and Belgium: next-day delivery.
  • Rest of Europe: 1 to 6 days.

Wrong Address

If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, and the package is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above rates). The price of the item will be credited once we receive it. We will contact you to let you know when the package arrives.

Availability

We do our very best to synchronize the website stock with our actual stock. Occasionally an item shown on the website may be out of stock. If this happens, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Personalisation

Personalised products cannot be refunded. Once an order is placed for a personalised product, the design is created and the product is made specifically for that customer. As a result, we are unable to resell these products if they are returned.

We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to customs regulations. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees, or shipment delays due to customs, if any.
