You’re the first point of contact for anyone with questions about their order, engraving, or delivery. With your quick and friendly responses, you make sure everyone becomes a fan of FLASKE.

What you’ll do

• Answer customer emails and phone calls
• Handle small administrative or warehouse tasks in between
• Respond to live chat messages and Bol.com inquiries
• Think along on how we can improve our customer service
• Work closely with the warehouse team to solve issues right away
  

Who you are

• You communicate clearly, kindly, and with attention to detail
• You’re independent and take responsibility
• You love structure and appreciate it when things are organized and correct
• You can easily switch between different tasks
• And when it’s quiet, you don’t mind lending a hand in the warehouse
  

Practical details

• 3–4 hours per day, weekdays
• Work on-site in IJsselstein
• Growth opportunities towards more hours or a broader role (e.g., marketing or sales)
• Informal work environment with a small, close team and short communication lines

In our warehouse, you make sure every parcel is correct, ships on time, and feels right—from the engraving to the packing tape.

What you’ll do

• Pick, engrave, and ship orders from our webshop, Bol, and Amazon
• Process B2B orders with an eye for detail
• Complete returns before the end of the day
• Monitor stock and supplies (boxes, tape, labels)
• Contribute ideas for smarter workflows, your input matters

Who you are

• You work accurately and keep up the pace
• You take ownership without needing to be micromanaged
• You enjoy hands-on work and finishing tasks
• You have a strong quality mindset—at FLASKE, “good enough” isn’t good enough
• You like working in a small team, but you’re also comfortable working independently

Practical details

• 16–32 hours per week; hours to be agreed
• Weekend work is possible

• Usual start around 08:30; longer days in peak periods

At FLASKE, everything revolves around stories that stick—through visuals, words, and feeling. During your internship, you’ll create content that shows what FLASKE stands for: stylish, sustainable, and real. From product photography and social reels to campaign imagery and newsletters.

What you’ll do

• Product and lifestyle photography for the webshop and social media
• Create videos and reels for Instagram and TikTok
• Content planning and contributing to campaign ideas
• Assist with photoshoots and image selection
• Collaborate with our marketing team and designer

Who you are

• You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of style
• You’re independent, curious, and take initiative
• You’re comfortable with cameras, lighting, and basic editing
• You’re not afraid to share ideas—we’re all ears

Practical

• Work placement internship of 4–6 months (at least 4 days per week)
• Start date by arrangement
• Location: IJsselstein
• You’ll work in a small, creative team with short lines of communication
