What does BPA-free actually mean for daily use?

BPA-free means no harmful chemicals can leach into your drink.

FLASKE bottles are made from certified food-grade stainless steel and 100% BPA-free components, so they are safe to use every day, for years, with hot or cold drinks.

What are the dimensions of your product?

Each product has detailed dimensions height, diameter, capacity and weight. It’s all there, so you’ll know exactly what fits your bag, your cup holder, and your routine:

What materials do we use?

We use certified high-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel. It’s double-walled, vacuum-insulated, and completely free of BPA and toxins.
That means no weird aftertaste. Just safe, clean sips. Again and again. Built to last, and better for the planet.

Is my FLASKE leakproof?

Absolutely. Our bottles and cups are 100% leakproof.

What is the difference between EVO Series and Original Series?

The Original is where it all began: timeless, sturdy, and built to last.

Both share the same high-quality, double-wall insulation and 100% leakproof design.

Kan ik mijn FLASKE meenemen als ik vlieg?

Ja, zeker weten. Zolang je FLASKE leeg is bij de security, mag je ’m gewoon meenemen in het vliegtuig.

Nog beter? Op veel luchthavens kun je je FLASKE na de controle bijvullen met vers drinkwater.

Reis lichter, vlieg slimmer en sla de wegwerpflesjes over.

Do FLASKE products release chemicals when used with hot drinks?

No.

FLASKE products are designed for hot drinks like coffee and tea and do not release chemicals, flavours or odours. What you taste is your drink only.

Can I use FLASKE for sparkling water?

Yes, your FLASKE can handle sparkling water.

Just don’t fill it to the very top.

Carbonated drinks build pressure, so it’s important to leave a bit of space. When opening, always do so slowly to release the pressure gently.

That way, you avoid spills and enjoy your bubbles safely, wherever you go.

Can I put my FLASKE in the dishwasher?

Yes, you can. Up to 60–65°C. But for the longest-lasting joy, we recommend washing it by hand.

Use warm water, our cleaning tablets, and the FLASKE brush to keep your bottle fresh, shiny, and performing like day one.

Please note: printed designs may fade over time in the dishwasher, and the lid should never be placed inside. Water can get trapped inside and cause damage.

Hoe maak ik mijn FLASKE goed schoon?

Voor een grondige reiniging en een fris gevoel gebruik je onze FLASKE cleaning tablets samen met de zachte borstel. Het kost je maar 15 minuten. Tabletje erin, even wachten, uitspoelen en je fles voelt weer als nieuw.

Geen nare geurtjes. Alleen pure, schone slokjes.

Hoe lang blijft een drankje warm of koud in een FLASKE?

Dat hangt af van het product, maar elke FLASKE is ontworpen om je drankje of maaltijd urenlang op precies de juiste temperatuur te houden:

Original Bottle en EVO Bottle 600 ml: tot 24 uur koud en 12 uur warm
EVO Cup 200 ml en EVO Tumbler 500 ml: tot 24 uur koud en 8 uur warm
Coffee Cup 380 ml: tot 12 uur koud en 6 uur warm
Food Pot 400 ml: tot 10 uur koud en 5 uur warm

Is it safe to use a stainless steel water bottle or coffee cup?

Yes, absolutely. Our bottles and cups are made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel, one of the safest materials you can drink from.

It’s non-toxic, BPA-free, and doesn’t need a plastic liner. Even when dented or filled with hot drinks, it won’t leach chemicals unlike plastic.

Plus, it’s ultra-strong and way safer to travel with than glass. Just refill, sip, and go, with peace of mind.

Can I bring my FLASKE when I fly?

Yes, absolutely. Just make sure it’s empty when you go through security. An empty FLASKE sails through airport checks without any issues.

Even better? Many airports now have refill stations, so you can top it up with fresh water before your flight. Travel lighter, fly smarter, and skip the single-use bottles.

Yes, in many cases.

For corporate requests, we can provide a sample so you can experience the quality, finish and look before placing a larger order.

What are the prices for corporate orders?

Corporate prices are always lower than consumer webshop prices.

Pricing depends on quantity and personalization. As a guideline, business pricing starts from 30 pieces and becomes increasingly attractive at higher volumes. Request a proposal and you’ll receive a clear, no-surprises quote.

Is engraving permanent or can it fade over time?

Engraving is permanent.

It is etched directly into the stainless steel and will not fade, peel or wear off, even with daily use or dishwashing.

How can I personalize my FLASKE?

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

No worries. Just contact us as soon as possible by phone or at info@flaske.com. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we’ll update the address right away.

If your order is already on its way or the delivery fails, you’ll need to cover the cost to resend it to the correct address.

Please note: cancellations are only possible if your products haven’t been personalised yet.
